La Chapelle sur Villefranche-Sur-Saone

If I had to recommend a restaurant in Villefranche it would be La Chapelle. This place offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service is of impeccable quality. The waitresses are attentive, with particular knowledge of their ranges (wines, cocktails, menu, etc.). From reception, to order taking until payment, we feel their professionalism and kindness. Cooking is a treat! It respects the seasons which is a real plus. Everything is perfect, the flavor combinations, the presentation and the cooking. We feel the love of cooking from appetizers to dessert where Homemade is the key word. Well done to the whole team, thank you for this time spent with you. I will come back!

The place is nice, the decoration is nice, the waitresses are pleasant, they were able to adapt my dish with the cook so that I didn't have onions (allergy). The dishes are very good! I took away a star because some dauphine potatoes were overcooked for my friends and the lemon baba was too consistent and dry, once re-cut and left to soak, it was better but we expected a better biscuit.

Really very happy! I had a vegetarian menu, everything was excellent from A to Z (big favorite with the starter anyway)! Beyond the quality of the menu, the waitresses were adorable, and showed great professionalism! The setting is super nice, you immediately feel at ease! The prices are really fair for the quality. Being only passing through the area, I won't have the opportunity to come back but I recommend it 100%!

Careful welcome, very reasonable prices for excellent quality dishes and preparations. Quality service and thoughtful menu in a very pleasant setting. Reservation recommended. Special mention to the beef fillet cooked for 8 hours with its coffee sauce reduction accompanied by celery and hazelnut puree! A very good time to repeat!

Service très bonne et gentil. Le menù est bien fait les plats bien placés et la sélection de vins est varie. La viande a été un peu dure Le prix sont justes

En plein milieu du mois d'août nous tombons sur la très agréable terrasse de la Chapelle, Avec ses fenêtres à meneaux, ses colonnes et sa tourelle renaissance. Déjà un cadre sympathique mais surtout une formule du jour entrée plat dessert, à 23 euros qui nous a épatés tant par la qualité que par la générosité dans les assiettes. Un tataki de bœuf en entrée avec les suprêmes de pamplemousses et la roquette, Suivi par un risotto d'épeautre, suprême de volaille excellent (et entier) et son jus parfait, Apothéose avec le moelleux au chocolat véritablement maison, servi très généreusement, voir photos ! En bref une excellente surprise et un service aussi dynamique que souriant, de très bonnes raisons pour revenir. Juste une remarque : un tarif sur le vin au verre améliorable.
