La Charbonnette sur Onzain

Everything was perfect in this lovely restaurant! The food was delicious and refined. The service was truly attentive, but not intrusive. A wonderful discovery, completely by chance. It's a shame we were only passing through, as we would have gladly returned :)

Everything was perfect: excellent cuisine, incredible sauces, and a very nice wine list. Thank you to the entire front-of-house team for the service, and a big congratulations to the chef for the flavor combinations. No negative points whatsoever, and a wonderful memory of our vacation.

Everything was perfect! Special mention: a discount on the price of the risotto was applied without us even having to ask when we requested a slightly smaller portion for our little girl. I highly recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at La Charbonnette. The dishes were beautifully presented, carefully prepared and, most importantly, delicious. We particularly enjoyed the tuna tataki with celery, the pluma of pork with rosemary and wild pepper sauce, the semi-cooked duck foie gras, and the veal with a Parmesan crust and tomato. The roasted apricot with cocoa streusel and lavender ganache was a lovely way to finish the meal. Our table was outside in the small square next to the church, a peaceful and charming setting that made the evening even more enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the dinner. A very pleasant experience and a restaurant we would happily recommend.

Amazing experience. Great food and great ambiance. We were only passing by and stayed for the weekend. The village seemed abandoned with full restaurant set up on centre square. All seemed surreal. Great food and amazing value for money. Service could be more attentive

Passing through Onzain for an evening, I thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu (starter, main course, dessert) and the wine offered at La Charbonnette. Excellent food, very reasonable prices; I highly recommend it.
