The setting is superb, the cuisine a real treat with fresh produce (plus boxes are provided if you don't eat everything, so impeccable!) and the owners love it! Go there with your eyes closed!!! The best Italian restaurant in the region! Varied and very generous dishes. A nice setting despite the mosquitoes. Fortunately, spirals are installed so as not to be inconvenienced. Smiling staff. Average price of dishes €30/40.

La Chartreuse de Parme is an Italian specialty restaurant located in a beautiful 18th century chartreuse, offering a wide range of very copious choices based on fresh produce. We started with the Sformato, a gratin garnished with rigatoni, coriander, beef and gratinated mozzarella. This dish was tasty and the touch of coriander brought a certain originality. Unfortunately, my friend was less happy with her dish, the Strapazzate, composed of tagliatelle, bacon, mushrooms, garlic and scrambled eggs, finding that the combination of different ingredients had a strange taste. However, she found the wine to have plenty of character. For my part, I did not appreciate the panna cotta, which I found cloying without coulis. We thank the manager of the establishment for his kindness and humor throughout our meal.

Always so pleasant to go there, the varied menu, the cool and calm surroundings around the swimming pool really make you feel the good atmosphere of a friendly moment, with family, friends or even in a business relationship. A good address which is no longer advertised, a place which must be recognized for what it is, very good value for money. The welcome could not be warmer since the establishment is family run. I highly recommend.
