Mamma Mia!!! It's impossible to finish your plate. You should only come after at least three days of fasting 😁💪 It's absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients. The preparation. The atmosphere. The location. The owner, a passionate and one-of-a-kind chef. A journey to the land of fine cuisine! Everything is perfect, from the welcome to the table, from the aperitif to the limoncello, including the starters and main courses. The owner himself advises against ordering starters, or even sharing them. You understand his mistake when you see the main course! I can't wait to come back, having learned from my first experience, and leave with an empty plate… even if I only half believe it, like the portion I left with this time. What a delightful evening. Excellent service, dishes of incomparable quality, homemade pasta made just before service... I also ate the best panna cotta of my life there (until I go to Italy?). To top it off, the owner offered us a bottle of Moscato. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience at Chartreuse de Parme! The portions were so generous we had to take home doggy bags. The fresh pasta is homemade. Everything was perfect, I recommend it 1000%! 😁

Never disappointed by the food at La Chartreuse de Parme. The Pescatore (salmon) lasagna is a sure thing! The service is always very friendly, and the place is beautiful.

La Chartreuse de Parme is a truly wonderful discovery. The setting is absolutely magnificent, with a refined and elegant decor that immediately invites relaxation and enjoyment. As for the food, it's flawless: the dishes are incredibly delicious, generously portioned, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. The only slight drawback is the very slow service, which can somewhat disrupt the flow of the meal. However, it remains a restaurant well worth a visit for the quality of its ambiance and cuisine.

We came as two couples and had a wonderful time. The pasta was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The portions are very generous, in fact, we couldn't all finish everything, but we were able to take the leftovers home, which was very much appreciated. Pleasant service, we will gladly return!

A superb discovery! La Chartreuse de Parme is a real gem. The owner was incredible, exceptionally kind, and even offered us a complimentary coffee and a thoughtful touch that made all the difference. The dishes are delicious and very generous; you definitely get your money's worth. And what can I say about the setting… simply idyllic, perfect for a wonderful time. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! We managed to book the day before for a friend's birthday, even though there were five of us. When we arrived, it was incredibly busy, but we received a very warm welcome. The manager was incredibly friendly, which was lovely. He offered us all a digestif, a Monaco (a sparkling wine), and my colleague, who was celebrating his birthday, received an ice cream and a candle for dessert 😁. The meals are very generous, and you can tell everything is homemade. We all got takeout because we were so full 😉 The atmosphere was calm. The staff were competent and professional. What more can I say except that I'll be back, and this time I won't forget to order my Monaco when I go! 😂 In short, thank you, keep up the good work, and don't change a thing! TOP-NOTCH SERVICE 💪💪💪
