The best pasta I've ever eaten. Very welcoming staff and very generous portions I highly recommend the pasta carbonara and lasagna. Very nice setting 😍

Prices too high for pasta specialties served in too large quantities, long waits, the waiters' behavior is not adapted to the site of the Château de la Chartreuse de Parma. Paper napkins at the table are not suitable for this type of place. Beautiful site and beautiful restaurant rooms.

Very (too) generous dishes! “Too much” because the price is therefore quite high: €30 for a pasta dish, €42 for a Milanese escalope. You end up having 2 meals on one plate. So no dessert (also expensive and eaten too much). On the other hand, excellent dishes, superb cuisine and quality products. The only downside to the cheese lasagna, for a very big fan of cheese, I found that there was too much of it and that we didn't like the taste of the homemade lasagna noodles. One piece of advice: go there on an empty stomach to enjoy your dish.

(Update 2024) Always a good place for gourmets, however, with prices increasing significantly in recent months (allow 30€ per plate for the different pasta dishes and 40€ for meats), the quality/quantity/price ratio is starting to run out of steam. Very good dishes, almost obligatory doggybag 😅 unless you have a very good fork, the boss is a businessman and always with a touch of humor.

very very hearty meal but possibility of leaving with your doggy bag friendly waiters and very smiling boss possibility of adapting the meal I asked for farfalle instead of spaghetti homemade cooking a treat entrance suitable for PMR people
