I didn't try the restaurant, but it seems to have a good reputation. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-heated, but strangely, not even a bar of soap, nothing! They're really penny-pinching. Breakfast is fine for those who appreciate the purely French trio of bread, butter, and jam. No pastries (just a slice of brioche), no cheese or cold cuts; perhaps out of season you get the bare minimum, but for €14, still... here too, the impression is that breakfast also seems to be on the cheap. A shame, because the welcome was good, the location was good, the parking was good, and the room was nice.

I hadn't been back to this gourmet restaurant since chef Joël Césari's retirement. After a very charming welcome, we all chose the three-course menu at my table. The taste surprises are there and the presentation of the dishes is very careful. The menu changes with the seasons. Yesterday, I really enjoyed the appetizers as well as the poultry dish. The meal ended in style with two desserts, including a very surprising and succulent gentian dessert. The new chef, Laurent Barberot, has succeeded in raising the bar even higher!

An excellent discovery of this Michelin-starred restaurant during a lunch on the terrace! The €39 starter and main course dessert menu is simply excellent. There were five of us and we had a wonderful time. The chef, Laurent Barberot, is perfect and very friendly.
I would definitely come back, even to try the hotel. The staff is warm and very professional. Don't hesitate and be sure to book!

A one-star restaurant, weekday lunchtimes are simpler but excellent. The menu is 39 euros, including a starter, main course, and dessert. You should add a minimum of 5 euros for filtered water.
You're well separated from your neighbors, and the service is top-notch. Enjoy your meal.

Comfortable room that could do with a little updating, not very big but perfectly adequate. The hotel is very quiet, with a beautiful pool and very friendly staff. Parking is easy, a little out of the way from Dole, you have to take the car to get to the city center.

While visiting my son following his transfer to Dole, we discovered this hotel.
Rated 3 stars, there's almost nothing missing to earn one more.
First of all, the staff takes great care of their guests. Available, efficient, helpful, and passionate about their work.
The hotel combines modernity and old-world charm, with well-thought-out and tasteful decor elements. The room was spacious, but the bedding wasn't firm enough for my weight.
The pool was welcome and pleasant in the hot weather.
We couldn't try the restaurant's cuisine during our stay, only the breakfasts, which were generous, fresh, and locally sourced.
We highly recommend this hotel.
