Found a lovely hotel on Michelin with excellent cuisine.
The rooms at the back of the house are nice. Our bathroom, though renovated, was probably closed in winter and smelled. We had to air it out thoroughly.
The bistro restaurant is a splendid location, from the ambiance to the menu and the service. Everything is good and well-prepared.

Excellent lunch, as always, at La Chaumière! A change of chef, but the gastronomic quality remains the same! Exceptional ingredients, the kind you don't eat every day, are treated with respect and showcased beautifully. Special mention goes to the truffle shavings and truffle cream with the veal. The madeleines served as petit fours are a pure delight! Impeccable service, perfect timing. Everyone is welcoming and smiling. Bravo Chef, and bravo to the ever-faithful pastry chef Alexandre and the entire team! We will be back 😋.

I highly recommend the La Chaumière hotel-restaurant.
The cuisine is excellent, both in terms of taste and presentation: the dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and bursting with vibrant colors.
You can taste the care that goes into each plate.
A truly wonderful experience; I recommend it without hesitation.

I didn't try the restaurant, but it seems to have a good reputation. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-heated, but strangely, not even a bar of soap, nothing! They're really penny-pinching. Breakfast is fine for those who appreciate the purely French trio of bread, butter, and jam. No pastries (just a slice of brioche), no cheese or cold cuts; perhaps out of season you get the bare minimum, but for €14, still... here too, the impression is that breakfast also seems to be on the cheap. A shame, because the welcome was good, the location was good, the parking was good, and the room was nice.

I hadn't been back to this gourmet restaurant since chef Joël Césari's retirement. After a very charming welcome, we all chose the three-course menu at my table. The taste surprises are there and the presentation of the dishes is very careful. The menu changes with the seasons. Yesterday, I really enjoyed the appetizers as well as the poultry dish. The meal ended in style with two desserts, including a very surprising and succulent gentian dessert. The new chef, Laurent Barberot, has succeeded in raising the bar even higher!
