Je commente mes sorties restaurant depuis des dizaines d années sur ce site. Je préfère les valeurs sûres aux découvertes à l aveugle donc j utilise moi même beaucoup le site. Étant exigeant je trouve souvent à redire même si c est minime, je trouve que c est aussi une opportunité, pour les restaurateurs qui prennent le temps de lire, de s améliorer . Mais j avoue être embêté pour la chaumière lors des repas bistonomiques du midi. Accueil sincère, cadre agréable, menu excellent de l entrée au dessert, verre de vin origine, prix très raisonnable. C était parfait ….

New visit in August 2024: -The hotel park is lovely, lots of space and a quiet swimming pool -The "classic" room is pretty but small, without air conditioning, and the window did not open....average... -The restaurant is still brilliant, even in its bistronomic version, where the menu at 39 euros is truly astonishing for the quality! The service is perfect, the cook present and willingly communicates about his dishes, well done! Unfortunately the picture is spoiled with a wine list, certainly of quality, but whose prices are stratospheric, nothing decent at less than 80 euros, which quickly triples the bill if you had the idea of ​​drinking a glass of wine as an aperitif....28 euros a glass of vin jaune, it's incredible! This new habit of restaurants of making a margin++ on wines will turn against them.. Damage....

Perfect bistronomic lunch. With equally perfect food/wine pairing suggestions. The staff and service are top notch. The setting: terrace overlooking the garden, charming. The only downside to our taste: the red canvas canopies which transform the appearance of the dishes, the nuances of the palette of the plate and our faces! But it was still a delight for the taste buds, so thank you for this beautiful moment!

An excellent stay and a great discovery. Spacious and beautiful hotel room. We dined on the terrace, the welcome was warm with impeccable service, the staff were smiling, always available and attentive. The dishes are incredible in flavor, accompanied by exquisite wines recommended by the chef.

My partner and I went to stay at this popular establishment located near Dole. The place presents very well, with a decoration that is as rustic as it is modern. The people at reception, the rest of the staff, the restaurant chef are kind, friendly and attentive. We were given a floor to ourselves with a single bedroom. We felt isolated, it was perfect for our privacy. We only had to go down a staircase, follow a small path to access the outdoor swimming pool, very pleasant, for swimming and basking in the sun. The restaurant was closed because it was Monday. On the other hand, after a very pleasant night, due to the quality of the bed as well as the essential air conditioning and welcome in this heat, we had breakfast in the restaurant itself and we enjoyed ourselves. It was plentiful and complete in terms of choice: bread, brioches, homemade jams, eggs, local yogurts, coffee, milk, in short, everything was there. Just missing a little cold meats that I asked for quickly and politely, and they brought me some excellent white ham. We arrived at 3 p.m. the day before and left at 11 a.m. the next day. The cottage, a little corner of paradise that I can only recommend!

Everything is of high quality and the human quality of the chef is sincere enough to point it out.
