A wonderful discovery! There were three of us—one adult and two children—without a reservation, and we easily found a table.
The food is excellent, with a special mention for the duck confit with foie gras: a real treat! 🤤 The ice cream desserts were also very good.
The setting is magnificent, with its superb Gothic-style vaulted ceilings, which give the restaurant all its charm and character.
A minor complaint about the children's burger: the bun was of average quality. But otherwise, no complaints.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. A place I highly recommend! 👍

An impressive restaurant housed in a Gothic vaulted cellar. The atmosphere and ambiance are unique. Their specialty is "Galgen," a dish made with tender duck and beef, flambéed to perfection. Served with roast potatoes and liver sauce, it's simply divine.

On the restaurant's recommendation, we finally tried it on a Saturday evening and everything was perfect 👍 The service was pleasant, the old Templar chapel is quite impressive, and we left completely satisfied with our Gascon menu. The chef must have a secret for cooking the small potatoes that accompany the spit-roasted meat; I loved them 🥰

While passing through the area, we chose this restaurant, which is simply fantastic. I recommend it 100,000% without hesitation. The portions are very generous, the food is excellent, and the staff is pleasant. We will definitely be back. The interior decor is sublime; it's a former Templar chapel. See you soon!

We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €44. The first course was a salad of gizzards, croutons, and cherry tomatoes. The second course was a two-meat stew (beef and duck) with diced potatoes in a foie gras sauce, and the final tart with a scoop of ice cream. The service was quick, the staff attentive and helpful, and the cuisine was homemade and regional. The portions were enormous. And to top it all off, the setting was magnificent: a former medieval chapel with majestic vaulted ceilings.
