La Chaumiere sur Saint-Martin-De-Belleville

A very good restaurant. The hot stone grill was excellent. The servers were great.

A fantastic experience! We came this winter and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Impeccable service, delicious dishes prepared with care. We will definitely be back! 😍

Fantastic experience at La Chaumière! It's so nice to have a restaurant open in Val-Thorens out of season, especially one of such high quality. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great place to eat, we'll definitely be back!

Flo is the kind of person you want in your life

Great team and excellent service. Plus, the food is great. Top-notch!

Excellent food Friendly staff Fast service

Three stars because the fondue we had was good, but unfortunately the experience with our children’s meals left us very disappointed. We ordered two children’s meals at €12 each. The menu stated that the children’s meals included chicken nuggets and fries, a syrup drink, and a scoop of ice cream. The boys received only the chicken nuggets and fries. Neither child received the syrup in their drink or the included ice cream. There was a language barrier with our server, who spoke very little English, and we tried to be understanding and keep things as simple as possible. However, these were not additional requests or things we simply forgot to ask for — they were items included with the children’s meals that were never brought to the table. We only realized the next day that we had been charged the full €24 for both children’s meals despite not receiving everything that was included. We had even been kind enough to leave a tip before realizing this, which made us feel especially taken advantage of. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. But charging customers for items that were never provided is not okay. We would have happily given the restaurant the opportunity to correct the mistake if we had realized at the time. The fondue itself was good, which is why I’m not giving a low rating based on the food. However, the issue with the children’s meals and the fact that we were charged in full for things we never received really left a bad impression.

Great atmosphere, warm welcome and génépi liqueur ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely top-notch, a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cuisine – a real treat! The atmosphere and staff are fantastic!

We highly recommend this place and will definitely return if we're ever in the area! Thank you for the excellent service and warm welcome! It was delicious 😋
