Gorgeous ! Nothing to say… very pleasant staff and the spa is magnificent. The meals and drinks are always of excellent quality!

Always perfect from the welcome to departure, the garage with EV sockets, obviously the perfectly maintained spa, the careful restoration and the superb rooms. Looking forward to the next stay...

Third stay in this place which is a true haven of peace. The facilities are modern and the welcome is classy. The breakfast and gourmet break are incredible. The evening restaurant (chefs' table is also excellent: 120E without drinks the evening menu all the same) The view of the surrounding nature adds a unique touch to this cocoon of well-being. A perfect place to recharge your batteries.

When you open the door of this establishment, you are immersed in an atmosphere of total relaxation and welcomed with a kindness that is no longer found in France. Everything lived up to our expectations, great services at the spa, the gourmet restaurant was a real pleasure for the palate and the room with its large shower and comfortable bed (let's not forget the pillows of exceptional quality ) we left relaxed and eager to return.

Everything was perfect, the hotel, the magnificent room, the absolutely great spa with respect for silence and cleanliness. I finish with the meals, lunch buffet, afternoon treats breakfast: we have never eaten so well, clean homemade, lots of choice from live cooking, really well done for your buffets! This hotel is worth its 5 stars! To recommend !

A high quality SPA hotel with great services with a big BUT... I spent an overall pleasant and energizing day there. However, I must be honest and frank, it does not appear in my Top 5 ranking. Many other establishments in Alsace, the Black Forest and Switzerland are of higher quality and above all more attractive value for money. I have visited almost all of them already. The reception was long, we waited 20 minutes and the reception was really ordinary. The bathrobes provided are very worn and not the most pleasant. The changing rooms are very small and absolutely not practical. We did not take a shower initially. Too many people and too cramped but I think the changing rooms will be redesigned shortly. The arrangement of activities is a little special and spread over several levels. You get a little lost and then you have to constantly pick up all your things when you change floors or bathrooms. The resting place was very noisy and no one was circulating to enforce the rules. To hydrate, a few water fountains are available but no fruit or detox drinks or herbal tea... Too bad! The big plus of La Chenaudière is its lunch buffet and its snack which it is true are very high quality and very succulent. I'm not saying I won't go back but it's not my first favorite.

Enchanted break in a magnificent environment: high-quality service, attentive team, top-of-the-range services... all this allowed us to fully experience this rejuvenating stay which we wanted to put under the sign of relaxation and well-being.

Dans un cadre propice à la déconnexion se trouve une superbe table où chaque hôte découvrira la juste gastronomie du jeune chef ! Des beaux produits, de la créativité bref un restaurant à l’image de l’établissement : raffiné !

Très déçue , j'ai mis 3 étoiles pour la gentillesse du personnel et le service mais la nourriture ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Ni pour le bistronomique ni pour le gastronomique vraiment très déçue. Pour moi c est indigne pour un hôtel 5 étoiles attention pas mauvais mais le rapport qualité prix n y est pas. Surtout si on compare à un autre relais château de seulement 4 étoiles .
