La Cheneaudiere sur Colroy-La-Roche

This review applies to a day spa visit. We had a pleasant day at the Chenaudière Spa, but we were very disappointed with the meal. We booked our table for 2:00 PM (as offered by the establishment) and were very surprised to see that the buffet was starting to be cleared away at 2:10 PM. As a result, we had no more cheese, only two dessert choices (a slice of chocolate tart or pineapple), and we felt rushed by the staff who were starting to sweep up next to us… really unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber, in our opinion. Why offer the 2:00 PM time slot for reservations if the buffet is already being cleared away at 2:10 PM? Furthermore, there were limited vegetarian options…

We enjoyed a morning at the spa; it was wonderful. The sound of the birds, the scents in every area, and the temperatures in the sauna, hammam, and baths were perfect. The lunch buffet and afternoon tea were delicious! The staff were kind and very attentive. I will definitely be back.

A timeless stay at La Chenaudière. Everything was absolutely perfect: an exceptional spa, impeccable cleanliness in every corner, and an atmosphere of total relaxation. An enchanting interlude that I highly recommend for rejuvenation.

Located in a peaceful rural setting, the hotel offers excellent service: afternoon tea and breakfast are a delight, featuring fresh, high-quality products. The staff is incredibly attentive, the rooms are refined with upscale amenities, and of course, the 2,500m² spa, with its hammams and saunas, will help you unwind in a bucolic setting. We will definitely be back with pleasure and anticipation!

We stayed at La Chenaudière for my birthday, and it was simply a timeless experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always smiling. The spa area is truly charming, with different levels and outdoor pools offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. We appreciated that a section of the spa was reserved for guests over 15. The "Les Montagnes" room was stunning, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We also loved the lovely scent of orange blossoms when we entered our room; it immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We also tried the "Le Chêne" restaurant, and what can I say except that it was delicious? It was our first time trying this type of restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. Each meal was better than the last, and our taste buds were delighted. A big thank you and congratulations to the cleaning ladies for their work, to the staff who are very warm and professional, as well as to the chefs and waiters, we will gladly return!

We enjoyed a one-night stay. Thank you for this timeless experience. The welcome and service were extraordinary (even for just one night). The warm atmosphere is conducive to relaxation as soon as you step inside. The spa facilities are very good, although sometimes a few buttons don't work. You lose track of time, which is the main goal. We chose to have dinner outside. Special mention for breakfast, one of the best I've ever had. The variety and quality are exceptional. It's hard to stop eating. The staff is wonderful. The setting is magical. Thank you for the experience; we will definitely be back.
