We stayed at La Chenaudière for my birthday, and it was simply a timeless experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always smiling. The spa area is truly charming, with different levels and outdoor pools offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. We appreciated that a section of the spa was reserved for guests over 15. The "Les Montagnes" room was stunning, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We also loved the lovely scent of orange blossoms when we entered our room; it immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We also tried the "Le Chêne" restaurant, and what can I say except that it was delicious? It was our first time trying this type of restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. Each meal was better than the last, and our taste buds were delighted. A big thank you and congratulations to the cleaning ladies for their work, to the staff who are very warm and professional, as well as to the chefs and waiters, we will gladly return!

The warm atmosphere is conducive to relaxation as soon as you step inside. The spa facilities are very good, although sometimes a few buttons don't work. You lose track of time, which is the main goal. We chose to have dinner outside. Special mention for breakfast, one of the best I've ever had. The variety and quality are exceptional. It's hard to stop eating. The staff is wonderful. The setting is magical. Thank you for the experience; we will definitely be back.

The rest of the hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. The restaurant, Le Feuillage, is absolutely remarkable, offering a refined, delicate, and perfectly executed culinary experience—a true gastronomic delight that wonderfully complemented our stay. Finally, the room was superb: elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with superb bedding that allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of rest. We have been coming to this establishment regularly for several years and finally wanted to take the time to leave a review, as our experiences have always been positive. This time, we returned for a three-night stay to celebrate our 10th anniversary, a symbolic moment we wanted to mark in a place we particularly love. For over three years, we have returned every year, and for the past year and a half with our baby: the staff has always been very welcoming and attentive to families. For this stay, we were accommodated in the Arlette suite, located in the outer villa. The room is tastefully decorated, very clean, and perfectly maintained. A crib, a changing table, and a bottle warmer were provided, which is a real plus with a little one. We simply missed the "Little Prince" welcome kit we received during a previous stay, a thoughtful touch that added an extra touch of charm upon arrival. The family pool downstairs is lovely and allowed us to alternate between spending time with our son and relaxing in the adults-only spa upstairs, which is always very well appointed. We usually stay in the panoramic suites, which we prefer for their views and natural light, but they were already booked this time. In winter, the fact that the Arlette suite is outside the main building can be a bit of a drawback when it's very cold, and on the first evening, the frozen floor was quite slippery: non-slip flooring would be welcome. We also enjoyed several treatments during our stay. As usual, everything went very well: the spa team is gentle, professional, and attentive, which makes the treatments truly relaxing and personalized. For dining, we ate at the bistro "Le Chêne" and the gourmet restaurant "Le Feuillage." At "Le Chêne," we noticed a wonderful evolution of the menu over the years, and the meal was excellent. Only a few details of the service could be improved (the sommelier served the wine without offering a tasting, and the service was a bit abrupt, with some spills on the table that weren't cleaned up; petit fours weren't offered at the end of the meal, probably due to our late arrival and fewer staff). At "Le Feuillage," the experience table for our 10th anniversary was a truly wonderful moment: "Happy Birthday" written on the table, a playful concept, excellent cuisine, and a lovely chat with the sous-chef. Congratulations again on your Michelin star. We only noticed a slight drop in service at the very end of the evening, with fewer people in the dining room. The lunchtime buffet has clearly improved over the years, now offering several hot and varied dishes, which is very welcome for a multi-day stay. The afternoon tea also remains a truly delightful, indulgent, and generous experience. Finally, the staff is as attentive, smiling, and helpful as ever, whether at reception, the spa, the restaurant, or in room service. One small point for improvement, however: it would be helpful to have a more complete customer database, as we are asked each time if we have stayed here before, even though we have been returning for several years. This would allow them to better recognize guests and personalize the welcome. In short, another wonderful stay. For Christmas 2024, my daughter gave me a spa gift set including lunch and afternoon tea. It was an excellent way to relax, clear my head, and forget my worries for a while. The staff, across the board, were very friendly, discreet, and always smiling, and the establishment was spotlessly clean. The lunch was simple but elegantly presented, and a real plus: it featured local ingredients! My only slight complaint was that the spa was a bit chilly, but that's a minor detail.

We had a delicious lunch break with excellent quality fresh products, and a wonderfully varied afternoon tea at 3 pm. It was simply amazing! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.
