la Chope sur Bayonne

Fantastic welcome, we felt right at home. Well done to the whole team, we'll be back!

A timeless, exceptional moment!

Do you want the experience of a neighborhood bar? This is the place for you.

I loved the service. You have a waiter named Victor, right? Him too…

We stopped for a drink and a cocktail, and the manager was very attentive, even offering us a new cocktail that was more to our liking! A great find, and thank you for the warm welcome.

Friendly owner, happy hour with great deals, it's worth it… A nice little unpretentious bistro, just the way we like them. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff. I recommend it!

I didn’t really enjoy this place. We had to sit about 20 yards from a bus stop where a bus came every 5 minutes, which wasn't ideal. The staff were okay, though they seemed a little standoffish. The food came way too quickly—it was on the table almost as soon as we ordered, which always concerns me. The meal itself wasn't great either; it was very bland and basic. On the plus side, they played some good music and the atmosphere was nice. We usually like to stay after eating to have a chat, but we left straight after our food as the surroundings weren't the best. 6 out of 10.

It's at the side of a busy main road, so there is a lot of traffic/ buses stopping etc. However they fit us in on a Friday night which was appreciated. The food was OK, not the best we've had in the area.

Royal welcome. Excellent value for money and an incredible atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
