The food is excellent. The dining room is very welcoming. There was a mistake with our starters, which was more than compensated for by a very generous gesture from the owner. A Bayonne institution.

Excellent lunch in this pleasant restaurant (a special mention for the Trinquet Burger!) where Iban, the waiter, took great care of us... I highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: Very pleasant servers, delicious food, fast service, and a great location. Highly recommended!
17/08/2026: As for the restaurant, I can't comment. I came with my partner for coffee after dinner. At 9 pm, the waiters noticed us being seated, but no one came to take our order. After 10 minutes, someone finally arrived, took our order, prepared it, brought it to us, and told us they were closing in 10-15 minutes. In my opinion, this young man just wanted to get home quickly.

Cafe Du Centre

02/10/2026: Passing through Bayonne today We were delighted with the set menu Very good, simple but homemade The staff were friendly
30/08/2026: Friendly welcome, but 22 euros for a bottle of sparkling water and 2 sodas is excessive.
