The food is excellent. The dining room is very welcoming. There was a mistake with our starters, which was more than compensated for by a very generous gesture from the owner. A Bayonne institution.

Excellent lunch in this pleasant restaurant (a special mention for the Trinquet Burger!) where Iban, the waiter, took great care of us... I highly recommend it!

05/07/2026: The €30 set menu was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. My wife ordered the mussels and also loved them, with a perfectly seasoned parsley sauce thanks to the Espelette pepper. This restaurant is definitely worth discovering, and I will certainly return.
