The welcome, the service, the food, the presentation, the attention to flavor, and the excellent value for money.
This restaurant is one of my top three. Whether you're a couple, a family, or having a business lunch, you won't be disappointed. There's also an upstairs dining room.
They even have a well-thought-out and very appealing vegetarian menu.
And it's conveniently located near the tram and the old town of Le Mans.

We had reserved a table and were asked whether we preferred to sit inside or outside. The service was very friendly. We started with a complimentary amuse-bouche, followed by an interesting and delicious three-course meal. The wines are a bit pricey here, but of good quality.

Pleasant outdoor setting.
The waiter was very friendly, but unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par... Was it because it was the 24 Hours of Le Mans weekend?
My main course (ribeye steak) and dessert (crème brûlée) were left almost untouched.
It's a shame...
Four plates of ribeye steak were left barely eaten.
The crème brûlées weren't finished either... the glutton at the table devoured them... not crème brûlée, but curdled cream.

We came across this restaurant while searching for gluten-free options. Luckily! The service was attentive but not intrusive. The beautifully presented food was absolutely delicious, and even those with celiac disease can dine here without worry.
Thank you so much, we'll be back on our next visit to Le Mans!

While in Le Mans for the MotoGP races, we discovered a real gem: La Ciboulette.
The cuisine is inventive and bursting with flavor, with excellent vegetarian, low-glycemic, and gluten-free options, all perfectly executed. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, the value for money is excellent, and the service is warm, professional, and attentive.
A must-visit in Old Le Mans, where every visit is a superb culinary experience.
We will gladly return next year…
