A typical Nantes spot that I was happy to return to (my last visit was two years ago). The positives: the welcome and service, the setting (two very beautiful rooms), and the view of the Loire. The negatives: poor value for money, especially the wines (virtually no bottles under €40, Gros Plant at €29!). Luckily, we discovered the two-course weekday lunch menu for €24 by asking the waiter! A more reasonable pricing approach is needed...

A wonderful evening. The welcome and service were excellent. The food was superb. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, very much in keeping with Trentemoult's style. 👍🫶 In short, the years go by and it's still just as fantastic... We shared a family meal in the private Murano room. We had a lovely time. The welcome and all the staff were friendly. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. We highly recommend this restaurant.

A timeless Trentemoult institution. Quality cuisine with a wide variety of choices. Warm and efficient staff, a lively yet not noisy atmosphere, thanks to the ideally spaced tables. I've never been disappointed by La Civelle. In short, a sure bet.

13/02/2026: Perfect as always, I recommend it.
10/02/2026: Regulars at La Reine Blanche, we dined there last night and ordered galettes with spinach. At first, we found the spinach had a strange texture, as if it were undercooked. The next morning, we were ill, which strongly suggests that the spinach was the culprit. The service, however, was very good and efficient—almost too fast—and the staff were pleasant. We wanted to report this experience so that it could be investigated by the kitchen.
