Not sure where to start, disinterested staff, poor quality food and just not somewhere I would ever visit again. No bechamel on a croque Madame is just ridiculous in France. €12.50 for a ham sandwich. The staff genuinely were the biggest issue.

A family evening in the Place de l'Horloge in Avignon. We chose among the many restaurants in the square, choosing the one that most appealed to us, both in terms of menu and outdoor seating. The service was attentive and efficient, with excellent customer service. We had pizza, fish and chips, and sliced ​​steak. The dishes were generous and served promptly. The pizza was a bit too cheesy, but still typical of French cuisine. The outdoor seating area offered a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Good value for money.

The location is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had Caesar salad, salmon with tagliatelle, and children's side dish with tagliatelle carbonara. We were satisfied with the food, but the Caesar salad could be improved. It would be better to use freshly cooked chicken breast or turkey. The breaded chicken strips, being a pre-made product, detract from the otherwise good salad. The prices are very fair, especially for Avignon. The value for money is excellent. So, we can't complain, and we would definitely come back. Only one thing wasn't great: the glass water glasses all looked dirty. I think it was just limescale, but it didn't look very inviting. A few minor improvements here and there, and it would be a 5-star experience.

A very good brasserie, simple but of good quality. The welcome and service were super friendly and smiling, even for a table of 5 tourists who were a bit annoying with their questions. A good spot in Avignon, on one of the main squares.
