They have a crispy exterior that contrasts with a warm, fluffy potato interior. 🥔 The fries are well-drained, leaving no oil residue at the bottom of the dish. 🧂 The salt is evenly distributed throughout the portion, allowing the fries to be enjoyed on their own or mixed with the meat juices. 🍽️ 🥧 Finally, desserts like the local fruit tarts feature slices of apple or plum neatly arranged on a firm shortcrust pastry.
