Family meal today, nice and typical setting. Regarding the meal as a whole, the vol-au-vent was mediocre with few fillings and wasn't worth the price; the puff pastry was flat and stale. The accompanying pasta (tagliatelle) was a small portion. Luckily, the dessert made up for it. Very high price for the quantity.

We had another delicious lunch 👌, just one small issue: I had requested a specific table and my request wasn't taken into account. In the end, the table became available and we were able to enjoy it.

Never disappointed... I've already left very positive reviews, but when things aren't up to par, it's important to say so... an interminable wait, the first two tarte flambées were bland and cold, the potato pancakes were cold, and the Munster cheese had melted and solidified after waiting as long as we had.
The only positive point of this service was your waitress, who remained kind and friendly.

We stopped by La Cloche tea room as a family for afternoon tea. We were welcomed promptly and in the best possible way, despite the stroller. The staff made the experience truly incredible. They were so lovely, so attentive and kind to our children, and so warm towards us. They have a genuine love for people of all ages; they are truly gems. The service was quick, and the pastries were delicious. We loved the very Alsatian setting, and everything is in the details, right down to the tableware. It was a truly wonderful afternoon tea break in a friendly and welcoming place with such kind and genuinely nice staff. Thank you sincerely for this lovely moment; we will be back!

A very warm and welcoming place with beautiful Alsatian decor. Upon arrival, depending on the number of people and available space, several tables are offered. Having just passed through the region, I highly recommend it; there's a varied and excellent selection of regional dishes.
