The "Japanese" touch in the cuisine surprised us, as we were not at all used to this cuisine, but it was a superb creation.

A fairly pleasant experience, thanks to the staff. However, the food was decent, but we were a little disappointed by the lack of flavor.
Given the establishment's high reputation in Dijon, we were also disappointed by the cleanliness: crumbs on the armchairs, torn chair leg covers, fingerprints on all the doors, and while the restrooms were clean, they didn't live up to the prestige of the place.
First experience and perhaps the last. Thanks to the staff for improving our overall impression.

Brunch was served from 1 p.m. onwards because it was fully booked before then; the buffet was no longer complete, and the hot dishes were no longer available.
The layout of the dining room isn't very intimate.
I was quite disappointed with the service despite the very welcoming and pleasant staff. It's not a disaster, but it's relative to the level the Grand Hotel de la Cloche claims to offer.

The service was excellent. The various dishes were good and creative, but too generous for my taste. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, which was much appreciated.
