A nice, quiet, and well-located hotel with impeccable service. I will return. For Saturday dinner, the cellar was beautifully decorated, fire safety was impeccable, and the food was excellent. Only one detail bothered me: we felt a bit intrusive towards the end of service as the two waiters were setting up the dining room, which had been improvised as a club.

A wonderful experience at this charming hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and it's very close to the cathedral for quiet reflection. The room was perfect (except perhaps for the lack of separation between the bedroom and the bathroom). I was the only guest, so no one saw me using the restroom... but that might have felt a bit strange.

19/09/2026: The beef bourguignon was bland. It was served with fried potato slices, which didn't go well with it. The sauce was thin and lacked any red wine flavor. The starter and dessert were fine.
17/09/2026: Excellent place! The welcome, service, and attention to detail are perfect. The explanations of the menu are clear and helpful. The menu is simple, but the dishes are very good and well-prepared. The service is also quick, with perfect delivery times. A great place with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

03/10/2026: A very pleasant setting in the heart of Dijon. The waiter was friendly and very helpful. The main course was very good; I recommend the hot box. However, the snacks (mozzarella sticks, spring rolls, etc.) were very expensive for what they were. The crepe was barely warmed and didn't seem homemade. A shame. I would still recommend this restaurant if you want to have a drink or a good meal.
01/10/2026: had a drink at night right by the beautiful place de la libération and profited off the happy hour from 18-20, where you can get multiple drinks/cocktails for 5€
