A nice, quiet, and well-located hotel with impeccable service. I will return. For Saturday dinner, the cellar was beautifully decorated, fire safety was impeccable, and the food was excellent. Only one detail bothered me: we felt a bit intrusive towards the end of service as the two waiters were setting up the dining room, which had been improvised as a club.

A wonderful experience at this charming hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and it's very close to the cathedral for quiet reflection. The room was perfect (except perhaps for the lack of separation between the bedroom and the bathroom). I was the only guest, so no one saw me using the restroom... but that might have felt a bit strange.
