I've always loved the services at the Hôtel de La Cloche.
The chef has changed in the restaurant.
The cuisine is original, with exceptional dishes like the pigeon cooked two ways.
A must-try!
And other, more surprising dishes.
Still influenced by Japanese culture, he doesn't hesitate to introduce bitter notes, which are uncommon in European cuisine.
But having frequented his Michelin-starred restaurant, I find him more reserved in this old Dijon establishment.
A little more daring, Mr. Peugeot.

For a restaurant and hotel of this quality, a little flexibility would have been appreciated. At the end of our stay, we wanted to have a drink before leaving at 12 pm, and this was not possible!

We loved the €70 menu for our birthday. The candle on the dessert was a lovely touch. The wine recommendations were perfect. The pairings were interesting and innovative, and therefore enjoyed by everyone at the table. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, especially the fish.

Uninteresting fusion cuisine.
The problem is compounded by the limited menu, making it impossible to choose anything else.
The vocabulary is orientalist and pompous.
Furthermore, a scallop dish took over fifteen minutes to arrive, and the food was barely lukewarm. A gesture of goodwill was appreciated after the complaint.
