Le Petit Central

30/07/2026: Like many others, I was just passing through and stopped in Dijon. The hotel was very close, and I was craving a Charolais steak. The service was impeccable, as was the food. The wine suggestions (by the glass, since I was traveling alone) were excellent. It's now my favorite place to stop for a break halfway through Belgium.
29/07/2026: A team that takes great care of you, a very varied selection, an ideal combination to start the day off right.
