03/04/2024: Very very good French restaurant, quite “traditional”. The meat is excellent and always cooked to perfection (I even left out the sirloin to find my best prime rib! Well this time it was more on the menu but I hope it comes back quite quickly!) their morel sauce is just legendary, incredibly good. The menu and accompaniments are quite traditional but it does the job because it's rather well cooked (on the other hand, I'm less of a fan of "sautéed or roasted" potatoes, I don't remember the name, a little too fatty for my taste ). The price is however quite high but hey... the food is so good...! The service is not always constant, there are days when the service is warmer than others and on our last visit, we had 2 "winds" (2 goodbyes without response, we will say that he had his mind elsewhere... and 1 generous tip left (me, Parisian rat that I am) without a thank you, obviously we don't give for a return, but all the same, we found it quite limited..) . We will of course not stay on this downside, it will not prevent us from returning there with pleasure!
02/04/2024: A great culinary experience. The service is attentive, the dishes are very well made and deserve their price.
The decoration is elegant, a downside on the noise level: next to tables for two, there are tables of more than 10 people, so the sound environment is strongly affected.
