A delightful culinary surprise, renewed time and again (but never enough). The flavors and dishes are of unexpected quality, given the simplicity of the setting and the staff, whose unassuming kindness doesn't immediately hint at the "high-end" level that is later revealed in the food and drinks. Although the dining room is always full, Chef Rémi takes the time to ensure his guests are delighted, passionately sharing glimpses of his culinary secrets. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid finding the restaurant fully booked.
