This new gastronomic experience was a delight. First, the exceptional setting overlooking the impetuous and untamed Loire River. Then, the aperitif served under a centuries-old linden tree. The meal in the perfectly air-conditioned dining room. A discreet and efficient waitstaff, orchestrated by a master chef who knew his craft inside and out. An exceptional chef offering delicate and beautifully presented dishes. Pangoustines cooked to perfection. Pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce and buttered cabbage accompanied by a light purée. Lemon soufflé with mango sorbet (simply perfect). Strawberry mousseline. Chocolate cake. Accompanied by a lovely Savennières with a delicate aroma. A few pictures to whet your appetite.

Pleasant setting and service on the banks of the Loire. Delicious cuisine with lots of flavor. The only slight issue was the lack of air conditioning on the day of our visit. But thank you again for the thoughtful gesture for the birthday of a 93-year-old. I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, excellent time. The food was delicious, and the welcome was very warm. The option to enjoy an aperitif or coffee on the terrace is a bonus that makes the experience even more enjoyable on the banks of the Loire! ☺️
