Food: absolutely fantastic... the Camembert starter is delicious, and the grilled moules are beyond amazing!!! The entrecôte with Roquefort sauce is a dream!!! A wonderful discovery for meat lovers! We arrived without a reservation, somewhat on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff. Despite the crowds, they were able to find us a table quickly, with a smile and genuine attention to the customer. The setting is pleasant, both friendly and authentic, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The menu is well thought-out, with a wide selection of quality meats. I opted for a rib-eye steak. It was cooked perfectly, well-seared on the outside and tender on the inside. A little too much fat for my taste, but that obviously depends on the cut—nothing that detracts from the experience. The sides were simple but effective, and the service throughout the meal was smooth, professional, and friendly. You can tell the team loves what they do, and this is reflected in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. In short, a great place for meat lovers, with good value for money and attentive service. I definitely recommend it, and I'll be back with pleasure!
