Pleasant setting For a first experience in this establishment we had an excellent evening. The menu is simple and the dishes tasted were perfectly executed. Efficient and attentive service. We will return by booking in the main room.

Mon compagnon et moi, nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant que nous ne connaissions pas (recherche via le Guide Michelin). Nous nous sommes régalés pour un rapport qualité/prix correct. La quantité est là ainsi que les saveurs ! Le personnel est attentionné et aimable. Premier restaurant qui se voit proposer une partie de sa carte sur tablette. De plus, le chef prend attache avec nous à la fin du repas. Je recommande

Always memorable moments of happiness and epicurean enjoyment. Pascal is a never-failing master "painter-chef" using culinary ingredients as a master painter manages his colors. Emotions are the very same and the Mediterranean atmosphere shines in his.."tableaux". Enjoy !!

Une renommée méritée ! Nous avons fait cette belle découverte grâce à Franck notre hôte du Domaine de l'Aufrene. Décor apaisant et sobre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le menu Soleil qui constitue le meilleur rapport qualité/prix qui soit. Tous nos plats étaient délicieux avec une présentation soignée et esthétique. C'était beaucoup pour nous qui d'habitude d'un dîner très léger le soir, mais après une journée de voyage c'était réconfortant de faire bonne chère. C'est une halte à ne pas manquer pour ceux qui visitent la région. Le service était efficace et attentif. Merci pour votre contribution à la survivance de la gastronomie française.

18/01/2024: An exceptional culinary experience in Hyères! Nestled on the edge of the port, this establishment offers a peaceful atmosphere and quality cuisine. The dishes are tasty and well presented. The warm welcome and pleasant service make this place an ideal choice for an evening with family, friends or as a couple. The view of the marina adds a special touch to this beautiful discovery. We will return with pleasure to enjoy this friendly atmosphere and delicious cuisine.

Le Quai is an extraordinary establishment. 5 star cuisine 5 star service 5-star atmosphere We celebrated my partner's birthday. And the moment was just magical. Eric and Jean Christophe are at the top. They work with quality products, the service is friendly. They give paramount importance to the satisfaction of their customers and it shows. 05/09/2023: An exceptional hotel in a heavenly and quiet location with a breathtaking view. And all this in a relaxed but very professional atmosphere. The view at breakfast is extraordinary and the service impeccable. Sunsets are also unmissable events. We strongly recommend it. The pluses: the large swimming pool and its layout, as well as air conditioning in the rooms. And finally, run by a warm couple who have a sense of welcome and a whole team behind it which is also very pleasant :) We will come back... Addition in September 2023: we confirm the opinion below and add that the restaurant is also exceptional (excellent value for money), surely the best on the island. Congratulations to the chef.
