A fantastic place to try!
I had dinner at La Colombe restaurant in Hyères and we had a wonderful time. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was delicious! The cuisine was delicate, seasonal, and above all, very generous. We ate so well that we were completely full by the end of the meal!
The staff is also very welcoming, attentive, and responsive to the customers' needs, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant has a lovely indoor dining room, as well as a pleasant patio, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
A great place to discover as a couple, with friends, family, or even for a special event. I highly recommend it!

The interior dining room had a cozy, air-conditioned atmosphere. The wall decor was understated. The four-course menu was excellent and refined, with a great deal of thought put into the flavor combinations—a true delight for both the palate and the eyes. The service was top-notch, friendly, and highly professional. We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for this exceptional experience.

Very good restaurant, quality products. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the atmosphere; it's mainly due to the heat, despite the air conditioning. I mentioned it, but they told me it was on full blast. We sweated throughout the entire meal. It's a shame; we certainly won't be back in the summer.
