La Colombe sur Hyeres

We had an excellent dinner at this restaurant just outside the center of Hyères. We enjoyed delicious, beautifully presented dishes while dining on the lovely outdoor patio. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I would happily come back!

Original and simply delicious dishes – the crab omelet and the confit suckling pig were cooked to perfection – top-notch presentation, and attentive service from a very pleasant team. 🙂 We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time on the lovely patio of La Colombe. 🙂

There's something for everyone, whether you choose à la carte or the set menus at €45, €65, or €75, depending on your mood. We also appreciated the calm atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the impeccable upkeep of the premises, which made our experience even more enjoyable, unlike some other restaurants in town. Our first experience there. A warm welcome in a pleasant setting (on the terrace for this occasion). The food was generous (the seared tuna was perfect) and delicious. The service was efficient. A very enjoyable experience, we'll definitely be back.
