We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for a long time, and the quality of the cuisine remains sublime to this day. The dishes are creative, the ingredients are fresh, and the execution is impeccable. He is a true culinary talent. However, we are sad to note that over the past year, the overall experience has changed. The welcome and service in the dining room have become less warm and less pleasant. The professionalism and friendliness that once made this place so charming are no longer quite there. This is why, despite our love for the food, we go there much less often, if at all. It's a shame, because this restaurant has immense potential. We hope the management will pay particular attention to this aspect of the service, as it truly deserves to be visited for the entire experience.
