A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for the two young waiters/waitresses. The food was truly excellent, absolutely delicious; all credit goes to the chef who clearly has a passion for his craft. A wonderful New Year's Eve. Pictured here is the scallop with ginger/lemon sauce and vegetable risotto. A choice I certainly didn't regret, even though I'm a meat lover! Thank you so much!

Our association, the Rotary Club of Tarbes, held our Annual General Meeting at the La Colonne restaurant. We had a wonderful evening with a very warm welcome, thoughtful touches that made all the difference, and delicious food. I highly recommend them; they are excellent at hosting groups.

Beautiful view of the park and the town hall. However, the toilets are poorly maintained and there are cobwebs everywhere, what a shame!

You Sushi

09/04/2026: We ordered sushi today with some specific requirements! We don't like raw fish or cheese! The waitress took her time and gave us excellent advice! We thoroughly enjoyed it, absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it! Fast service, friendly service, and delicious food!
27/03/2026: The food is pretty good, I love Japanese food. The prices are quite high considering the portion size. Expect to pay around €40 per person if you have a big appetite... What I find most frustrating is that there are always things missing when we order takeout, whether it's my partner or me. The first time, one miso soup was missing (I was at home, so I didn't say anything), the second time both the miso soup and the edamame were missing (I checked and went back), and today my partner picked up my order, and one of the two miso soups was missing, along with the sauce for the shrimp skewers, and the soy sauce was extra... in short. The service definitely needs improvement, especially considering the price! I'm disappointed. Given the price, everything should be impeccable. But of course, as you only realize afterward... well, you know.
