Perfect value for money. An extremely warm and welcoming reception, excellent service.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the room was very clean. However, for our two-night reservation, the room wasn't cleaned despite our request to reception upon arrival. Our room was on the ground floor and quite bright. There was a lot of noise from the hallway above, which was a shame!

We stayed one night. The room was clean, and the mattress was quite firm. There was no decoration. Parking was right in front of the hotel. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival.

We had a very pleasant stay here, with a very warm welcome from reception. There's a restaurant within walking distance where you get a discount if you show your room key. It's close to the port of Roanne, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Lidl and Action supermarkets are also nearby. I highly recommend it.
