I recommend the charcuterie board: very good. However, the service doesn't live up to the image the place tries to project.

Good food, special mention for the desserts which were delicious! It's a shame, however, that the pike quenelles weren't served with a side dish, like just a plate of rice for example.

LE CENTRAL BRASSERIE

21/09/2026: A wonderful culinary experience. However, we were disappointed by the service, which was quite different from the food. There was a long wait for our order, the wine service was rushed, and the waitress smelled strongly of cigarettes. It's a shame.
13/09/2026: Thank you for a lovely evening, the warm welcome, the mouthwatering dishes, the cheeses, the dessert—everything was excellent. See you soon. Sincerely.
