La Conciergerie andrezieux sur Andrezieux-Boutheon

I've had the opportunity to eat at La Conciergerie twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing from a culinary standpoint. During my first visit, a little over a month ago, I ordered truffle pasta. The dish was literally swimming in oil. After having my partner taste it, and he agreed with me, I asked for it to be replaced. The waiter explained that it was truffle oil used to flavor the dish. However, the taste was far from pleasant and didn't win us over. When my replacement dish arrived, the problem was exactly the same: the pasta was still just as oily. I recently returned for a business lunch and ordered the La Conciergerie burger, requesting it rare. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough, and it wasn't cooked to my liking. As for the fries, they were so salty they burned my mouth and caused severe irritation, to the point that I had to drink a lot of water during the meal. It's a shame, because the setting is really pleasant, the decor is very nice, and the servers are welcoming and friendly. However, based on these two experiences, the quality of the food and its preparation unfortunately don't live up to the ambiance. I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend this restaurant for its cuisine.

A nice, pleasant restaurant with beautiful, well-laid-out spaces. The menus are extensive but rather pricey if you're not careful about the extra charges that pop up here and there. However, the service is friendly and the food is good.

The meal was excellent, the flavors incredible. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was very chic with minimalist decor. The staff was smiling and very pleasant. One small drawback: it was really very noisy, which somewhat spoiled a romantic evening. I think the crème brûlée could have used more vanilla; I would have liked to taste it more. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back 😊😊😊

The rating could have been 5 stars, but we were quite upset by some of the comments regarding the service. We ordered two set menus and some à la carte dishes, and the service was poorly organized: the starters for both set menus were brought to us at the same time as the main courses, and then the main courses for the set menus arrived after we had finished ours some time before… When we pointed out this problem, we were told that we had requested the dishes be served that way, which is absolutely false. Service errors can happen, of course, but it's essential to acknowledge them and try to find a solution rather than placing the blame on the customers.

Beautiful terrace and decor, always very good meals

After winning a contest on Instagram, I was able to eat at this place, and everything was delicious. The service was perfect and fast; I highly recommend it.

The setting is nice and the atmosphere quite friendly, but the bill is far less so… 😅 At this price point, you'd expect something better on the plate. Unfortunately, the value for money is really lacking. You can easily find much better, and especially for much less. On the other hand, there's nothing to complain about regarding the service: the staff is pleasant and efficient.

Once again, we had a very pleasant evening at La Conciergerie. The food was fresh and prepared with care. There were 20 of us, and we enjoyed a food and wine tasting subtly curated by the owner. You can go there without hesitation.

Sheltered terrace, wide choice of dishes, not too noisy... A great place!

It's simple, good value for money. Mainly for lunch during the midday break. Relatively quick service.
