La Corée sur Lyon

Korea needs you! It seems like a weird ad, but let me explain. I tried this lunch, main course starter menu, great value for money, the owner is super nice, in short I recommend it. But above all if you hesitate to come, go for it! The restaurant is undergoing work (until 2026) in front of its front so customers no longer pass by it much. So really make the effort, you won't be disappointed.

We arrived at this restaurant around 1:45 p.m., as there hadn't been many people for lunch, they had planned to close earlier but they welcomed us anyway. We each took a menu with the assortment of starters + a main course for €16.50. The portions were perfect and we really liked the taste. Really thank you to the lady serving for her kindness in still serving us even though they had planned to close. Really little restaurant to try, I recommend 100%.

We ate very well! The service is fast and the dishes are provided. Sure value!

We were passing through Lyon and we discovered this little restaurant not far from the hotel where we were staying and honestly we were won over: We hadn't booked and we were offered a table (actually as it's not very big I think you need to book in advance so you have the information) The ladies at the friendly, kind and available service The dishes are excellent, we had beef barbecue for 2 people, top notch. In short, you can go there with your eyes closed 😉

Very good restaurant, very nice staff

Waitress who comes to manage the cooking of the barbecue during the meal. Which cuts off conversations several times. But it came from a good intention. At least we had good cooking and no disappointment. Take the time to explain to us how to eat Korean barbecue. Price a little high for the quantities but good flavors. I recommend this restaurant. We had a great time.
