13/07/2026: I ordered a shawarma for €18, thinking it would be good given the reviews, but besides being expensive, it was absolutely terrible. Avoid it! I had to buy a dessert at the bakery just to have something to eat. Following your reply: I ordered a shawarma and this is what you served me. Perhaps you don't know what a shawarma is. Anyway, it was absolutely awful. I don't recommend it; it had no flavor whatsoever. I've never eaten at a Lebanese restaurant with such poor quality. I regret spending money there. Yes, yes, I would like a refund since I had to throw the meal away. 🙂

04/07/2026: Another visit to Soleil Levant in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement, at 204 rue Garibaldi, and just as delightful as ever. This restaurant is a true Lyon institution, and for good reason. You're always greeted with a smile by the chef and his wife, who put their heart and soul into their work. This time, I chose the Évasion menu: delicious gyoza as a starter, incredibly fresh sashimi as a main course with traditional Miso Shiru soup, and then three scoops of sorbet (mango, lemon, and coconut), the perfect way to finish this excellent meal. As with every visit, the ingredients are fresh, the dishes are prepared with care, and the flavors are exceptional. It's always a pleasure to return to this iconic restaurant. If you're in Lyon this summer, don't miss this must-try. Whether you're a local or a tourist, you'll discover authentic Japanese cuisine, prepared with passion, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. 02/07/2026: A magnificent meal from start to finish. Perfectly cooked dishes with remarkable sauces. Special mention for the lamb sweetbreads. A very original and indulgent dessert: roasted apricots with lavender and Breton shortbread. Attentive service.

Everything really down to earth and just very nice and welcoming. Of all the „Michelin Bib Gourmand’s“ we’ve been to this was the most fine dining (just without the overly fancy). Heavily recommend.

16/04/2026: An authentic restaurant with cuisine that's as rich in flavor as it is in quantity! A true culinary journey. This is my second visit, and I'm still just as impressed. Menus are available for both lunch and dinner, so it's excellent value for money.

05/07/2026: À Ma Vigne is a discreet and high-quality restaurant. During a business meeting with a friend over lunch, it didn't take long for our taste buds to revel in a sumptuous tartare and a steak au beurre that I still secretly dream about every night. Being food lovers, we followed with a delicious pike quenelle each, as well as a beef carpaccio accompanied by double-cooked fries, to our utter delight. I can't quite remember if we still had room for dessert, but the selection of Chartreuse is definitely worth the trip! A truly wonderful place. Exquisite cuisine!

17/07/2026: This is a truly reliable place! We tried the daily special and the ravioli gratin and noticed two things: delicious food and generous portions. This establishment clearly knows how to cook, and they do it well. All of this is complemented by excellent service that enhances this delightful establishment: speed, smiles, and helpfulness. A great place at a reasonable price that we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!
