27/08/2026: “An excellent experience at La Cotriade. The setting is understated and elegant, conducive to a serene dining experience. The service is attentive and friendly, responsive without being intrusive. For starters, a beautifully delicate foie gras, perfectly seasoned. For the main course, a high-quality veal chop, cooked to perfection and, most importantly, served piping hot on a warm plate—a detail that makes all the difference. The revisited strawberry tartlet for dessert offers a successful balance between freshness and indulgence. The pairing with a 2024 Mâcon Uchizy perfectly complemented the entire meal. The cuisine is exceptionally well executed, using top-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Special mention goes to the temperature control, too often neglected elsewhere. A restaurant I highly recommend for lovers of refined and authentic cuisine.”
