This restaurant is simply exceptional! After a long journey, we stumbled upon La Côte à l'Os, quite by chance, with a craving for a good meal. It had been a very long time since we'd experienced such a high-quality establishment. Exceptional meat, full of flavor, remarkably cooked—and this is in the restaurant industry! Even late at night, you're welcomed with kindness and professionalism, a smile despite the often hectic pace. Everything is delicious, even the bread! The staff are dedicated and warm; the portions are generous and flavorful. We were blown away by the meats, the salads, and what can we say about the desserts! Bravo to this team, who truly deserve three Michelin stars! Go without hesitation!
