We stopped in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax after a long journey and discovered this restaurant for our evening. A fantastic welcome, very friendly and smiling servers, and above all, truly delicious food! An excellent place for a gourmet break; we highly recommend it.

We were just passing through the area and what a wonderful discovery! 🥰 The two of us came and thoroughly enjoyed our meal: duck confit and duck breast, accompanied by an excellent potato gratin, with fries and vegetables on the side. Everything was delicious, generous, and perfectly cooked. A special mention goes to the waiter: very friendly and truly excellent. You can immediately tell he loves his job, knows his stuff, and enjoys welcoming and advising his customers. It really makes a difference! An address we'll definitely keep in mind if we're ever back in the area.
