We had an excellent experience here, both the room, which was spacious and nicely decorated, and the restaurant, which boasts an innovative and creative cuisine with delicious dishes.
Also the service and wine recommendations from our waiter were great.
A highly memorable experience that should be repeated.

We had just left a terrible place and checked in urgently. The receptionist was a lovely lady - so helpful. We cannot praise her enough. Thank you. The restaurant in the evening was a bonus.

Birthday meal. The new menus are truly fine dining. Fish (hake) cooked properly and refined. Slightly pink rack of veal with excellent tenderness. The accompaniments are fresh in quality. The sommelier advises you very well according to your tastes. Service where you don't wait. It's been more than 6 years since we last returned. The 5 signature menu dishes are enough even for a good eater. The tagliatelle with crottin de Chavignol are always the same, excellent. A shaded terrace allowed us to have an excellent time
taste. To recommend.

Stay from August 20 to 21. Charming establishment very well located in Chavignol, a few kilometers from Sancerre.
A very good restaurant that I highly recommend. Original and quality.
Breakfast at the top.
The room is spacious and very quiet. ***Standard equipment. A few small details however, burnt out light bulbs in the bedroom and bathroom as well as in the hallway. And the empty shower gel.
Very good stay with attentive staff.
I recommend this house if you are in this region.

Happy to have stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. The room was very good and spacious. Breakfast each morning was delicious and sufficient. The restaurant dinner was great. Very happy with the service and the wine tasting at the winery.

Very warm welcome, very pleasant staff (restaurant and hotel).
The superior rooms are very spacious and the value for money is more than excellent.
Very good lunch at the restaurant as well, fine menu and deserving of its price.

Super receptionist and a nice country hotel room on the top floor.
Ate in a rather featureless roofed area (probably a repurposed garage) across from the hotel. Two pleasant waiters moved things along. The food was typical of the wave of fixed menus being offered in country restaurants post Covid: quite tasty but very small portions so we relied on the bread to avoid going to bed hungry. Nice matching flight of Sancerre wines though there was little attempt to explain what we were drinking beyond "vin d'ici" . Nothing to complain about but lacking the wow factor.

Extraordinary cuisine, tasty and full of life. Everything was excellent, the veal was cooked to perfection, all the sauces and juices that accompanied the dishes were made to perfection (seasoning cooking) I will keep excellent memories of it and above all a desire to come back very quickly. Very good value for money. Bravo to the chef and his brigade.
