14/03/2024: Reservation made and confirmed on February 14 for dinner on March 12 via The Fork. Cancellation without explanation and without apology from the hostel late in the morning of the same day. While traveling that day, we were only able to read the message late in the afternoon: Difficult to find an alternative solution at the last minute, especially on a Monday. So I cannot recommend this establishment which makes no commercial sense.

14/11/2023: We were very well received and advised by the waiter, a big thank you to the chef who introduced us to new flavors, awakening our taste buds. This restaurant is also very clean. Everything was there to have a great time.

23/02/2024: Bien que sophistiquée, la carte du restaurant paraissait prometteuse. Quelle déception ! Deux menus et aucune possibilité de panachage. C’est NON. Nous étions quatre et avons pu goûter à tous les plats. De l’entrée au dessert, le goût est indéfinissable, sans saveur. La mousse d’avocat est écoeurante. Les plats chauds sont froids servis dans des assiettes également froides. Le veau est dur comme de l’âne. Le suprême de poulet n’était que du blanc accompagné d’un manchon à part. Quant au saumon pourquoi l’entourer d’une barde noire et gluante immangeable ? Seule bonne note le pain et le soufflé en dessert. On ne peut définir ce qu’on nous a servi avec l’apéritif ... l’américano n’en a que le nom et on m’a retiré mon verre avant d’avoir terminé. En conclusion je crois que le Chef doit revoir sa copie ou revenir aux fondamentaux de la bonne cuisine française, telle qu’on l’aime. Etant déjà venus deux fois dans l’établissement, avec entière satisfaction, je pense pouvoir faire quelques critiques. L’addition est salée. Un compliment à la gentille personne du petit déjeuner.
