The restaurant also boasts a beautiful wine cellar. The service is impeccable and welcoming. Plus, the owner is full of ideas for keeping things fresh. We enjoyed our New Year's Eve meal there and we'll gladly return. It's an address to remember.

An excellent experience for our New Year's Eve dinner. The waiter was incredibly attentive, generous with anecdotes and explanations about the high level of technical skill involved in preparing the dishes. The foie gras terrine was superb, the fish had an exceptional sauce, and the chicken ballotine was equally impressive, all cooked to perfection. For dessert, the chocolate tart with Isigny cream ice cream was also a delightful surprise. The restaurant is located in a quiet, less touristy area, making parking very easy. What a wonderful surprise! A must-visit with a cuisine full of surprises.

I shouldn't say this or I'll run out of room to eat there, but it's simply the best restaurant in La Rochelle and the surrounding area. Everything is fresh, cooked with perfection and love. Go there with your eyes closed.
