I'm giving it 3 stars because, being in the restaurant business myself, I can understand that service can be complicated, and otherwise, nothing to say about the food, it was very good, the buckwheat galette burger 👌, but a little more about the service time, a little less than an hour to serve 5 covers, I found that quite long...

We received a very warm welcome, the food was generous, and the crepes were delicious. The steak tartare, prepared right in front of you, was perfectly balanced. I highly recommend it.

The owner's welcome and the professionalism of the servers from beginning to end were excellent.
Very pleasant setting.
The galettes and crêpes are generously filled and delicious.

A wonderful experience at this crêperie, from the quality of the savory buckwheat crêpes (original and very generously filled) and the sweet crêpes to the excellent service. A must-visit crêperie in Saint-Gilles.

Fantastic crêperie! We booked a table for two one evening, and the waitress gave us a very warm welcome with a smile. We sat down, the food was delicious, and the desserts were incredible. The servers were very friendly. I highly recommend this crêperie, whether you're a couple, a family, or a group of friends. It's best to order ahead in case there isn't a table available. A huge thank you to the lovely waitress who was so kind to us! ☺️
