Coming to Alsace to eat crêpes—some might say, what an idea! But what a treat and what a warm welcome! It had been a very long time since we'd enjoyed such delicious galettes and crêpes. Special mention for the autumn galette. As for the welcome and service, everything was perfect; smiles and competence were the order of the day. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Nice server but the food wasn't very good :( Especially not for kids! The galette for Christmas was too full of ingredients, it was really ridiculous! Serving a family with children before a couple without children really requires some organizational considerations :) The galette was burning, not good! All that for €80. Sorry, but not acceptable!

31/01/2026: Hello, I'm very disappointed with the quality of this supposedly 4-star hotel. I'm still trying to figure out where the stars are hidden. Anyway, no complaints about the staff, but having stayed in other 4-star hotels in Alsace, I'm disappointed. The bed creaks when you turn over (I won't go into details), the shower head wobbles, and the hot water takes 5 minutes to arrive. As for breakfast, for a 4-star hotel, nothing is homemade, not even orange juice. In short, when I book a 4-star hotel, it's not to get the conditions of a chain hotel.
27/01/2026: Thank you for the goodwill gesture and room change following the mold problem in the previous room; and let's not forget the outrageous prices displayed on the room door (800 euros!!!)
