What can I say? 1/ They tell you on the phone that the beach bar only serves platters, no problem, but once you arrive, they tell you that the beach bars only serve drinks; snacks (not platters) are only available after the restaurant closes, so at 2 PM. And of course, they do it in a very condescending tone. 2/ Then they tell you the restaurant is full. Luckily, you checked online a few minutes before. Finally, you get a table right away, and of course, no apology or questioning of the situation. And surprise, surprise, three-quarters of the tables on the terrace are empty. In short, the service is unacceptable given the level they claim to offer. 3/ When we arrive on the terrace, no one greets us. We have to go find them. No one offers to seat us, and after 10 minutes, we choose our own table. And finally, we were served after a 1.5-hour wait, all the while watching other tables that had arrived long after us and had already been served… It's a real shame because the food is very good, no complaints there (duck breast, pork, and octopus), and the setting is very pleasant.

Located in a bucolic setting reminiscent of a Renoir painting, we received a warm welcome. The menu is limited but offers a varied selection; the only drawback was that the meat was overcooked.

For a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, we found the service very disappointing. Despite the number of servers, we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and remind them twice that we had ordered wine. It was finally served after our food had arrived. The dishes themselves were good, although the portions were rather small. The setting is pleasant, but this doesn't compensate for the overall poor value for money and a level of service that doesn't live up to the standards of an establishment of this caliber.

Le Café des Artistes is an excellent bistro-style restaurant with a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine is creative, refined, yet down-to-earth. The dishes are perfectly balanced in flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The service is attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. The ambiance is stylish and cozy—ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The value for money is also very fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy modern French cuisine in a charming, artistic setting.

In short: a very disappointing experience. The menu descriptions don't list all the ingredients, so there were a few surprises when the food arrived. The velouté arrived barely lukewarm, with an added layer of rather bitter herb oil that ruined the flavor. The chuck roast was tasteless, tender but bland, and the vegetables were undercooked, far too crunchy. The fish, on the other hand, was excellent. I would have chosen a slightly less sweet variety of sweet potato to better balance the dish. As for the dessert, it was a disaster. The profiteroles were made from three mini cream puffs, with a base of pastry cream that was inevitably frozen solid, topped with a ridiculously small scoop of ice cream that had melted. In short, the dessert was sent back. The service was slow and disorganized, though friendly. The only real positive point was the wine selection. A huge disappointment, especially considering the bill.

A welcoming and friendly bistro-style restaurant, pleasant and quiet. The cuisine is refined. The scallops are excellent.
