A fantastic find close to home! Excellent value for money with refined dishes and impeccable service! The setting is also magnificent, with a huge bonus for the outdoor area.

Located in a bucolic setting reminiscent of a Renoir painting, we received a warm welcome. The menu is limited but offers a varied selection; the only drawback was that the meat was overcooked.

For a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, we found the service very disappointing. Despite the number of servers, we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and remind them twice that we had ordered wine. It was finally served after our food had arrived. The dishes themselves were good, although the portions were rather small. The setting is pleasant, but this doesn't compensate for the overall poor value for money and a level of service that doesn't live up to the standards of an establishment of this caliber.

In short: a very disappointing experience. The menu descriptions don't list all the ingredients, so there were a few surprises when the food arrived. The velouté arrived barely lukewarm, with an added layer of rather bitter herb oil that ruined the flavor. The chuck roast was tasteless, tender but bland, and the vegetables were undercooked, far too crunchy. The fish, on the other hand, was excellent. I would have chosen a slightly less sweet variety of sweet potato to better balance the dish. As for the dessert, it was a disaster. The profiteroles were made from three mini cream puffs, with a base of pastry cream that was inevitably frozen solid, topped with a ridiculously small scoop of ice cream that had melted. In short, the dessert was sent back. The service was slow and disorganized, though friendly. The only real positive point was the wine selection. A huge disappointment, especially considering the bill.

A warm atmosphere with a highly professional team. However, the value for money is a little disappointing: there's no doubt about the quality of the ingredients, but the dishes could be tastier and more sophisticated, especially considering the average price of 30 euros. A safe bet in any case if you're staying at the hotel!
