La Crêperie du Donjon sur Saint-Aubin-Du-Cormier

Delicious. Very pleasant and smiling staff.

The gallettes and crepes were very good ( and the cider), and the sevice fair and friendly. We were disappointed however on our initial entry. Website information indicates that the creperie opens in the evening at 18:30. This is good as we were attending a local concert after our meal. We had been sitting in the square waiting for 18:30, so when th lights went on we eagerly entered, but were informed that the 1st 15 minutes were for telephone ordering and we were asked to wait outside again, which we did. We would have happily bought drinks - extra income for them if we had been invited to wait in the warm We were therefore miffed when 4 other customers were allowed to enter inside early, and put in their order, before us. I'd go there again, but last night they missed an opportunity of hospitality.

Great crêperie with a lovely view, excellent crêpes and galettes at very affordable prices. The waitress was very friendly and the service was quick.

Small menu but nothing to complain about, excellent and generous portions

Excellent as usual, quality of service, cuisine and friendliness.

The daily special galette was excellent, and the chocolate caramel crepe was to die for. Plus, we received a very warm welcome.

The galettes and crepes are so good, especially the Jade one ;-) 7 years later...the galettes and crepes are still excellent. I changed from the scallops and chose the Reblochon cheese... And I must admit, it was also very good 😉 To finish, I had an apple crepe with salted caramel...to die for 😜

A very good, welcoming restaurant; the children were happy, the food was homemade, and the price was reasonable. We'll definitely go back.

The menu selection is excellent. The galettes are superb. The fresh buckwheat flour comes from the Rimou mill. The owners are friendly. A very good crêperie that I highly recommend.
