L'Aromate sur Saint-Aubin-Du-Cormier

The wait was excessive. Over 2.5 hours in the restaurant. The dish was too salty, which was a shame. The price wasn't very high, which somewhat balances it out. I suspect some things are prepared on-site, others aren't.

We had a delicious meal, and my wife can't eat much, but that wasn't a problem; it was adjusted.

Excellent little local restaurant. The value for money is outrageous (€22 for the three-course market menu is ridiculously cheap for a Saturday night). Perfect sauces, seasonal vegetables, and perfectly prepared. The cheese platter is also perfect, with well-selected cheeses served at the right temperature. Truly everything was excellent, except for the half-hour wait between the starter and the main course. We'll be back, and frankly, it should be more expensive.

Excellent restaurant, superb dishes with incredible flavors. One star less because on that day we were seated at two large tables of several people plus one nearby table of four. The service was a bit slow for us. However, they were very efficient with the children, who were served quickly. The owner deserves a lot of credit nonetheless, as running a business is no easy feat.

Another wonderful family meal. Refined cuisine and quality ingredients. Congratulations to the chef and the very smooth service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

During our stay in the region, we stopped at L’Aromate and we weren't disappointed. A warm atmosphere, excellent service, superb cuisine, and very good value for money. We highly recommend it!

The cuisine is worthy of a master chef. This restaurant truly deserves that distinction! The service is impeccable, with elegant descriptions of the dishes. They are very welcoming to small dogs. The owners love what they do, and it shows in the food. The value for money is exceptional!
