15/02/2026: The restaurant itself is nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting.
When we arrived there was no “please wait to be seated” sign, so we waited near the entrance since we had a reservation. The server greeted us with “you can come closer, we don’t bite,” said in a serious tone without a smile — not exactly a welcoming start.
Once seated, the first thing we noticed was that the salt and pepper shakers were dirty. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the glasses looked like water glasses, which felt disappointing for a restaurant of this level.
For food, my mom ordered a very rare ribeye and it came out medium-plus. When we mentioned it to the food runner, she apologized and was about to walk away until my mom had to clearly ask for a replacement. The new steak was cooked correctly but unfortunately lacked flavor. The rest of the dishes were only lukewarm instead of hot.
The presentation was beautiful, but the execution didn’t live up to it. Service wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t attentive or warm.
Overall, for a restaurant inside a nice hotel, we expected a much better experience.
31/01/2026: A customized vegan meal, varied and full of flavor, like few restaurants can offer. We appreciated the effort, the finesse of the dishes, and the attentiveness of the servers. Thank you, Alexandre! 😉
