L'olive de mer sur Merignac

10/10/2026: I travel a lot and try restaurants all over France, but this place has something extra. Everything is perfect: delicious and generous cuisine, a daily menu that's always tastefully updated, and the desserts... oh my, always a wonderful surprise! And what can I say about the service? Impeccable, friendly, and on par with the food. A special mention for Maryline 😍😍 who makes every visit even more special. Thank you for these precious moments. 30/09/2026: A warm welcome from a very friendly lady and a well-maintained establishment. The set menus are reasonably priced. This evening, after the "Monsieur Hugues Aufrey" concert, the restaurant offered a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €29. Photo attached. My partner enjoyed it; it was impeccable in both quality and quantity. For my part, I ordered the shrimp ravioli with lemon sauce—truly delicious, the sauce was divine—and the rice pudding with caramel sauce and fruit nougatine, which was excellent and very generous.
