We have been visiting St. Vaast-le-Hougue for years and never found this restaurant before. We both agreed that it will be a firm favourite now. It is bright and welcoming inside and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. My husband had fresh seafood which he said was great and I fell back on the old British favourite- fish and chips. BUT, with a difference. Instead of batter, the fish was done in a feather-light Panko crumb which was delicious. We finished with their own made Pavlova for my husband and I had Pannacotta, both divine. We will be back!

It's often difficult to find a restaurant that combines a pleasant atmosphere, beautifully presented dishes, and refined flavors, especially when exploring a new region. La Criée du Tomahawk exceeded all these expectations. The warm welcome and impeccable service added a touch of perfection to our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, which greatly enhanced our stay.

18/04/2026: Superb service. An excellent stay.
06/04/2026: We were just passing through and looking for accommodation. We're so glad we chose this hotel: we received a very warm and genuine welcome right away. We opted for the smallest room, which was perfectly adequate for our night. Both the interior and exterior are charming. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (local and organic). A truly wonderful place to stay.
