Although the products (fish) are undoubtedly very fresh, their preparation a la plancha is not very elaborate. We'll make do with a squeeze of lemon and a vegetable garnish, which is still quite basic (mashed potatoes, leek fondue, fries, etc.) and one garnish per dish and not 2, the waitress tells me. In summary it's fresh but we would appreciate a little more work on the products in the kitchen to be in line with the prices offered, because in the absence of an interesting menu the bill adds up quickly.

Phew let's breathe, Maryvonne is back! His good humor, his smile, and the best Fish and Chips from the Atlantic to the Urals Not to be missed In fact everything is good but I love his Fish so much... Don't forget Pavlova, I tried to imitate her... without success Philip

17/08/2023: Not bad, but not very special either. Just good food. Be careful because it is a fresh fish restaurant, so check with the staff for the availability of the dishes.

30/03/2024: This Hotel is a pure delight.. Quality of welcome, comfort of the rooms, richness and variety of the breakfast.. A place where you feel good, like a quality French hotel, original garden and very calm.
24/03/2024: Superb hotel, the welcome is impeccable. The breakfast is full of quality products. The wifi network is average but fiber is not present here. Since the hotel can't do anything about it, we can't hold it against them. I can't judge all the rooms but the luxury room is great! Very cozy. We feel very good there. I recommend if you go to St Vaast la Hougue
