We spotted this "chalet" while hiking and bravely took a chance once we arrived. First come, first served, and everything went smoothly: salad with Morteau sausage, fish with beurre blanc sauce, braised lamb shank with thyme and dauphinoise potatoes, and a very decent wine. French toast and chocolate mousse. All in all, a very pleasant surprise, both in terms of the food and the atmosphere. It wasn't a sure thing, though! Just goes to show you shouldn't always plan everything. The magic of this wonderful forest.

A great restaurant for an evening out, whether with family or a group. The food is simple and plentiful, and the welcome and service were very friendly. The setting is unique. We had a lovely evening.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. The prices are a bit high, but the food is good. One small suggestion for improvement: a baby changing table would be a welcome addition. Thank you to the team!

The place is unique; we had a very pleasant evening and the food was truly delicious. However, I'm not giving it 5 stars because I'm a small eater and I finished my plate quickly, absolutely starving. I ordered dessert, but even then, my husband, son, and I found the side dish almost ridiculous. The portions were very small, which was a bit of a letdown, but everything else was really excellent.

Don't order the entrecote, as they seem to keep them frozen and even when cooked, they're inedible because they're so tough.

Nice restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Suitable for families. There were six of us. Everything went perfectly. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I recommend it for a lovely time.
