We had an excellent stay. We were treated to very warm and attentive service. Breakfast is a very enjoyable moment with beautiful buffets as well as very generous evening meals.
The setting is magnificent and peaceful despite its location within the town.
I recommend it as a must-see address in Grand Bornand

Small mountain room with balcony overlooking the mountain. Good bedding. Downside regarding the somewhat cramped shower. Half board is very good, very accommodating offers another dish if this one is not suitable. On the other hand, service a little too fast. The staff is very pleasant. Full breakfast perhaps missing fruit salad and pain au chocolat.

Perfect hotel for our family vacation with 5 adults (1 double room and one triple). Nice welcome, friendly, smiling staff. Ultra clean room and bathroom and comfortable bedding with high quality linen (Linvosges). Very generous half-board: breakfast with all the choices you could dream of (waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh bread, jams, honey, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, cheese, juice, etc.). The dinner is plentiful and excellent.
The spa is optimal and open late until dinner opens.
A very pleasant *** hotel. We had a superb stay. We were even able to take a shower at the end of our last day of skiing even though we had already checked out our room. I highly recommend.

We went to the brasserie at the end of the day for a drink. Pleasant place, no matter the day the servers were always friendly and welcoming.
The menu had a lot of choice. What we had was delicious, whether pizza, salad or main course.

A week of vacation in this hotel in February 2024, with the family. Very good address, with obviously regulars. Prices corresponding to the services. Good team, available and responsive. Central position in the village, with easy access to the cable car. Careful and generous catering. Reasonable size of the rooms, it's the mountain.
The hotel takes care of reserving your pass and gives you a discounted ski reservation in the store opposite, no need to run.
Pleasant mountain style, so the chairs are a little stiff. The wifi is unstable, but we have good 5G.
No bedroom trash can, you have to make do with the small bathroom trash can. A little tight if you have a cold 😮💨.
I recommend, in this beautiful family resort.

Restaurant: We came with nine people, very warm welcome and tasting of delicious dishes with quality ingredients. The only downside was the excessive speed of a waiter who brought the coffee two seconds after dessert, despite our indication to the contrary just before. He explained it was to clean the coffee machine and leave quickly.
