This isn't the first time I've been to La Croustille, but during my visit yesterday I was quite disappointed. 2 smoothies ordered, the "exotic" one is much less full than the "berry" yet I pay the same price. And the rockslide brownie is supposed to have pecans, here I had classic walnuts. The place is quite noisy and the staff should pay more attention to customer relations, you quickly feel rushed.

Hello these simple ones the boss, the boss finds him unpleasant not the head to serve. They exploit interns who work as if they were paid minimum wage. The waffles arrive already prepared just to reheat. . The pancakes so I was hungry and I took one, And then honestly I bit into them and spit them out straight away, I felt like I was eating cardboard. In parentheses on the other side there is a small truck that makes the pancakes, they are better as well as their waffles.

I really like this place where I often go, whether to drink a hot drink or quench my thirst or even eat a dessert... I enjoy it every time, the atmosphere is pleasant and the waitresses are all polite and welcoming .

The waffles are delicious, and the staff is pleasant. We come regularly but some products are quite expensive. However, the place does not reflect the image of the boss, who is not very pleasant...

Le groupe des serveuses n ont aucune formation à l accueil du client. Je ne parle pas de l accueil attendu de professionnels de la restauration mais de la simple et bonne éducation qui devrait être la base....on ne parle pas devant des clients comme si ils n existaient pas. On fait le minimum le fameux SBAM. Sourire, bonjour, au-revoir et merci.....
