I regularly come to this McDonald's in downtown Amiens and I'm very satisfied. The service is quick and, above all, the staff is very friendly. A special shout-out to Claire, who takes such good care of her customers, as well as the lady who works the till on the right. I even come to pick up pastries for my work meetings in the morning. I highly recommend it!

We went to the McDonald’s in Amiens city center on a Sunday at 3 p.m. We waited to check out for 10 minutes and no one came. Obviously, everyone in the kitchen saw us but didn't come to cash us (even though there were 3 people in the McDonald's 💀). With that I leave you, I'm going next door to BK.

04/08/2026: The bread was very hard. I called to report it, and they told me it was strange and that they didn't understand why. I had hard bread because the bread in restaurants is very soft. I was reimbursed by Uber Eats. I simply wanted to warn them by phone for future customers, so they would be more careful with their next orders, because food costs money, and people have the right to quality products. But I felt like they were ignoring me. I filmed it to show how hard it was, but I couldn't post the video, so I used photos instead.
23/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, the best Subway ever! The staff is always welcoming, smiling, and takes the time to prepare the sandwiches with care. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is excellent, and the portions are generous. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the service is fast, even when it's busy. You can tell the staff truly cares about customer satisfaction, which is becoming rare these days. Every time I go, I leave satisfied. If you're looking for a good Subway in Amiens, near the train station, I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work; it's a real pleasure to come back!
