La Cueillette sur Meursault

The 5 course tasting menu was a beautifully choreographed suite - every dish delicious and exquisitely presented. The flavours were divinely rich without resorting to the overuse of cream and salt - very skilled.

Location ottima , sia all interno che all esterno , salone elegante e terrazzo con un bellissimo panorama sulle vigne. Menu curato e ottimo dove l' ottima materia prima è trattata ai massimi livelli . Ti aspetteresti molto di più sull argomento vini.... proposte e consigli per l abbinamento o sulla scelta dei vini in una zona come la Borgogna sono obbligatori in un ristorante di questo livello e con questa spesa. Il servizio al tavolo è buono , non invadente ma forse ancora un po impreparato al livello che il ristorante vorrebbe raggiungere. Riassumendo , manca ancora qualcosina al servizio per arrivare alla stella Michelin dove solo la cucina e il conto bastano . Complimenti al cuoco e coraggio al servizio, non manca molto...

Beautiful castle establishment to recommend

Gourmet meal: EXCELLENT Service: the waiters are very nice and helpful - a big thank you to them! However, we were not able to park in the castle because we were not guests of the hotel even though we booked the gastro.. too bad... Exceptional place I recommend! I recommend this establishment 😊

For a superb weekend with your other half.

SPA & LUNCH experience for two, caring staff in a natural setting, perfect

We had a great weekend!!! The staff was welcoming, the rooms (deluxe double room) were spacious with a very nice terrace, the spa was very good...the only negative point was lack of heat in the spa and too noisy clients in this relaxation area. . Breakfast in the castle dining room was excellent and the setting beautiful!!! Only one regret: not having had the pleasure of tasting the cuisine of chef Takashi Kinoshita.

A very good time in this castle. The rooms are small but comfortable, well equipped and above all silent. The Spa is very well designed, and really pleasant: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and possibility of treatments by reserving in advance. There are two restaurants that you also need to reserve: the gourmet (with a Japanese chef) and the bistro. Both excellent. We are delighted with this stay, and we will come back for more.

The establishment and the place are really very pretty! The staff is very welcoming, the wellness area is great! Only negative point... The room is spacious but not very clean plus water damage apparently (really a shame)
