I had stir-fried green beans, fried rice, and xiaolongbao. The green beans were especially delicious. You can take home any leftover food in a container. I appreciate the quick service.

I made a reservation after hearing good things about the place, and it was absolutely the right decision. I was impressed by the exotic and profound flavors, which are different from what you might call traditional French cuisine. It's the perfect place when you suddenly find yourself craving Asian flavors. What surprised me most were the xiao long bao (soup dumplings). The skin was incredibly thin and superb. You could almost see the delicious soup inside through the skin, showcasing the high level of skill involved. During my stay, several groups of people who came without reservations were turned away, so making a reservation in advance is absolutely essential. It's a unique restaurant that's well worth the trip.

A small restaurant that's worth a stop. The owner works alone in the kitchen, but the dishes are very good and the portions generous (one meat dish could easily serve two).

Never disappointed at La Cuisine de Môle. Everything is excellent and in generous portions. The best Chinese restaurant in Paris, plus a 65cl Tsingtao beer!

I came yesterday with friends and we had an excellent meal. Chinese cuisine is truly a treasure for humanity. I highly recommend the melting eggplant with garlic and cilantro; I think it's one of the best dishes I've ever had. The service was a little slow due to the restaurant being busy, so a bit of patience was required, but the quantity and quality of the food made it well worth the wait. Reservations are highly recommended!

All the dishes are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is run by a couple, and during busy periods, the wife is always busy to manage everything.
